Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 working days from our warehouse.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500.
  • A flat ₹150 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹2,500.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional ₹100 charge.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the order is delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions or operational disruptions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier partner details

You can track your order status in real-time using the provided link.

5. Non-Serviceable Areas & Reverse Pickup

In cases where your pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product to:

Important Instructions:

Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Ensure the products are:

  • Unused
  • With original tags intact
  • In their original packaging

Please note: The item will not be accepted if the white RFID seal is broken or tampered with.

6. Delivery Issues

If you face any issues such as:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost shipment
  • Damaged package

  • Delayed or lost shipments: Reach out as soon as you notice the delay or if your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe.
  • Damaged package: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times
  • If delivery fails due to:
  1. Incorrect or incomplete address
  2. Customer unavailability
  3. Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Craig Men shall not be liable for delays, losses or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
