• All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the Returns and Exchange portal on our website and raise a request for your order.
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer either an exchange for another product of the same value or a refund.

Shipping policy:

• A shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged on orders below ₹2,500.
• Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within 3 working days.

• Professional dry clean only

For better garment longevity, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Alternatively, you may hand wash gently and line dry.
